THE PROCESS 
THE QUOTATION
Our sales managers regularly provide quotations for the materials we handle the most (AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 400 series). For high or low allow materials, duplex and superduplex, nickel alloys and superalloys, feel free to request a quotation from us.
LOGISTICAL ASSISTANCE
Our logistics department is at your disposal to schedule deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring your order is completed as quickly as possible. If needed, we can also assist in preparing all necessary documentation.
RECEIPT
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all shipments undergo a radiometric check to exclude the presence of radiogenic sources, a quality check to ensure the specifications match the order, and a weight check.
PAYMENT
Based on the checks described, a communication will be prepared containing the information necessary to issue the invoice, which will be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.
